Yes, electricity is available upon request. Please ensure you select the 'Yes' option for electricity on the vendor application form so we can map your booth appropriately.

Can I bring banners and displays?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring professional banners, pop-up displays, and promotional materials as long as they fit within your designated booth space and do not obstruct neighboring vendors.

When will setup information be sent?

Detailed setup instructions, including load-in times, parking directions, and booth assignments, will be emailed to all confirmed vendors closer to the event date.

Are booth fees refundable?

Booth fees are generally non-refundable, as spaces are highly limited and revenue goes directly into venue preparation and event marketing to ensure maximum community turnout.
