OUR STORY
Where It All Began
Founders Dale Earp and Rachel Earp saw an industry that often felt confusing, transactional, and disconnected from the people it was supposed to serve.
They believed families, seniors, business owners, and everyday people deserved something better.
So they set out to create an agency built on honesty, heart, education, and long-term relationships.
What started with a vision to improve the insurance experience has grown into a national presence more than fifteen years later - with agents serving clients across the country and a reputation built on trust.
